Casual Shuttle Bus Driver (LR Minimum) – Rozelle

Location: Rozelle, Sydney NSW
Employment Type: Casual (Split Shift)
Pay: $36–$42 per hour + Super (depending on experience)

Nanima Care is seeking reliable and safety-focused Shuttle Bus Drivers to join our team servicing a major construction project in Rozelle.

You'll be responsible for transporting workers safely between designated pick-up locations and site while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

About the Role

- Operate a 24-seat shuttle bus safely and efficiently.
- Transport construction workers to and from site according to a scheduled timetable.
- Complete daily vehicle pre-start inspections.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
- Follow all company procedures, road rules and WHS requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Shift Times

This is a casual split-shift role, with shifts generally operating around:

- Morning: 6:00 am – 9:00 am
- Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Applicants must be available to work split shifts or hours close to these times. Additional hours and Saturday work may be available.

Essential Requirements

- Current LR Licence (minimum).




- Current White Card.
- Own reliable transport to and from work.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to follow instructions, routes and strict timetables.
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused.
- Two recent work references.
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test if required.

Desirable

- Previous passenger transport or shuttle bus experience.
- Construction or infrastructure project experience.
