The Loan Application Concierge plays a vital role in our financial services team, providing exceptional support to clients throughout the loan application process. This customer-facing position ensures that clients receive timely guidance and updates, facilitating a smooth transition from initial consultation to loan approval. By collaborating closely with various internal teams, the Loan Application Concierge enhances client satisfaction and contributes to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients post-strategy session to confirm financial information and loan goals.
- Guide clients on how to provide necessary supporting documents for their loan application.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support Coordinator and the Sales, Credit, and Settlement teams to ensure a seamless application process.
- Provide regular updates to both the Sales Consultant and clients throughout the application journey.
- Review application pipelines to ensure deals are progressing as expected.
- Action emails and tasks promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Deliver updates to clients and the sales team twice weekly.
Experience
- Proven experience in the banking industry, particularly in residential mortgages.
- Excellent phone manner and robust interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Hubspot, PandaDoc, and lender websites.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
