Duties & responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of flexible and responsive clinical practice and staff supervision
- Assess, develop, manage, and evaluate care plans for clients
- Promote activities to support client independence and recommend physical resources
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collect, analyse, and report care outcome measures
- Represent our organisation at forums and workshops
- Deliver training presentations and supervise students
- Take initiative in service research and development
- Establish and grow your professional networks
- Contribute to service planning and implementation of current delivery models
Experience & attributes:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist
Bachelors or Masters qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Registration with AHPRA/Speech Pathology Australia.
Current drivers license is preferable
Blue card or other approval to work with children
Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement client therapy services
Ability to independently manage your caseload
Willingness to travel for the role on occasion
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including rounded computer skills
Leadership experience is advantageous
