Seasons Mango Hill is looking for an experienced, reliable and qualified Registered Nurse to join our care team in our 30-bed boutique Residential Aged Care facility, Care Suites. This a casual position, with person-centred care provided 24/7 we offer a variety of flexible shifts to support your lifestyle. You will:
- Deliver quality person-centred care to residents with complex needs including but not limited to; wound management, diabetic management, behavioral management, medication management, nutrition and hydration management, pressure care management and incontinence management.
- Update and maintain accurate care plans, assessments and clinical documentation in line with individual needs and organisational policies.
- Provide compassionate end‑of‑life and palliative care, including the provision of clinical services where required.
- Administer, document, store and dispose of medications safely and compliantly,
maintaining current knowledge of pharmacology and health management.
- Support, guide and mentor Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure safe, best‑practice care within scope and organisational standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, quality improvement activities and culturally responsive practice to enhance resident outcomes.

You’re someone who demonstrates a strong commitment to promoting choice and independence for our residents, always striving for excellence and continuous quality improvement. You’re highly capable to practice autonomously within the scope of your job description, while also enjoying collaborating as part of a team to meet residents’ needs and expectations.
You’ll also bring:
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA (Unencumbered) and the NMBA)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Previous Home or Residential Aged Care nursing experience (desirable)
- Adherence to mandatory vaccination requirements (Public Health Directions)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current national police check
