We’re seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our The Gap service on a fixed-term full-time basis (to October 2026, with potential for extension).

This is a great opportunity to step into a Centre Director role with strong support and stability, whether you’re an experienced leader or ready for your next step.

You’ll be responsible for the overall operations of the centre while empowering your team to deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.

You’ll be leading a stable and experienced team with strong retention, allowing you to focus on quality improvement, team development, and centre performance rather than ongoing recruitment.

You will bring:





- Demonstrated experience as a Centre Director or experienced early childhood leader
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations
- A steady, practical leadership style with a strong focus on people and relationships
- Confidence overseeing more than one service at a centre level, with appropriate support
- Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills
- Approved early childhood qualifications (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
