Kushiro Fusion Cuisine is an award-winning Japanese-inspired restaurant located in the heart of Fitzroy. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, warm hospitality and an elevated dining experience in a relaxed yet refined setting.

We're expanding our team and are currently looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join us in the following roles:

Positions Available

- Cocktail Bartenders
- Food & Beverage Floor Staff (ALC)

What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant or cocktail bar
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Current Victorian RSA (essential)

Bartenders

You'll have experience creating classic and contemporary cocktails, maintaining a clean and organised bar,



and delivering friendly, professional service.

Floor Staff

You'll provide attentive table service, confidently explain food and beverage offerings, and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
