400 Gradi Eastland is looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our front-of-house team.

This role would suit someone with previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Duty Manager, Senior Waitstaff, or a strong FOH all-rounder ready to step up into a leadership role.

Located in the heart of Eastland’s dining precinct, our venue offers easy access to public transport and parking while being part of a busy, established hospitality destination.

Required

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Duty Manager, Senior Waitstaff or strong FOH all-rounder ready to step up
- Current RSA
- Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to complete prior to commencement
- Strong availability across Thursday to Sunday
- Full working rights in Australia
- Qualified presentation and strong communication skills

Pay:
Restaurant Industry Award Level 4 – $29.45 per hour, plus applicable penalties and entitlements.
Level 5 may be considered for the right candidate with strong supervisor experience.

What you’ll do

As Restaurant Shift Supervisor,



you will support the Venue Manager and leadership team in running smooth and professional shifts.

You will help lead the front-of-house team during service, support guest experience, maintain service standards and assist with general shift operations.

What you’ll bring

- A calm, hands-on approach during busy service periods
- Confidence leading a team on shift
- Strong customer service and guest experience focus
- Ability to support and guide junior staff
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling or reconciliation preferred
- Good problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and great service
