URGENT HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER

Home Caring Loganlea is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with dementia.

This role requires a support worker who is confident managing behaviours of concern, providing personal care, and delivering person-centred support in a respectful and professional manner.

Availability Requirement

Applicants must be available for a minimum of three weekdays and be adaptable to cover a variety of shifts, including:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Requirements:
✔ Experience supporting participants with Dementia
✔ Experience managing behaviours of concern
✔ Personal care experience
✔ Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✔ Current Blue Card
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ Reliable Vehicle
✔ Current Vehicle Registration and Insurance
✔ Available for weekday shifts
