We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing WA team and help bring commercial spaces to life. Whether it's a fast-paced refurbishment or a complex fitout, you'll take ownership of site delivery from start to finish while being backed by a team that values quality, collaboration and recognises great work. About the Role:

As a Site Manager supporting Unita projects, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery - coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects moving to programme.

Working closely with our teams, you'll identify issues early, maintain quality workmanship and ensure sites are run professionally from start to finish.

- Materials, deliveries and site logistics are planned effectively to keep work flowing
- Workmanship and finishes are second to none, delivered exactly to plan
- Site progress,



risks and issues are reported clearly and escalated early
- Clients and consultants experience a professional, well-run site

What You'll Need

- Previous experience delivering commercial fitout projects
- Robust subcontractor coordination and site management capability
- Ability to manage sequencing, logistics and programme outcomes
- Strong focus on quality, safety and client experience
- White Card (mandatory)
- Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- First Aid & CPR certification preferred
