Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician – Premium Projects Sydney

The Role You’ll join an experienced service team responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of residential and commercial air conditioning systems across Sydney. This role suits a technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with clients, and enjoys working both independently and within a supportive technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain & repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions
- Deliver exceptional on‑site customer service
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive technical team
- Represent the business professionally at all times

Ideal Candidate

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card / WHS Card




- Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Living within reasonable proximity to the Sutherland Shire
- Honest, reliable, hardworking, with a strong work ethic
- Experience with Daikin systems highly regarded (not essential)
