With the rollout of the current Aged Care Support at Home model, we are expanding our allied health team across Sydney and are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join us on a subcontractor basis.

This contractor role is ideal for Occupational Therapists who:

- Already have a client base or other work
- Want flexible, community-based hours
- Prefer autonomy with solid backend support

You’ll be delivering in-home occupational therapy services to older Australians under the Support at Home program.

What We're Looking For

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 3+ years' experience, ideally in aged care or community settings
- Experience or strong understanding of aged care funding models (CHSP / HCP / Support at Home preferred)
- Experience completing functional assessments, falls prevention, home safety assessments,



equipment prescription, and assistive technology recommendations
- ABN, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and current Police Check
- Reliable vehicle and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
