What You'll Learn and Do:
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and emails, and talk to customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts.
- Parts Identification: Identify the make, model, and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
- Order Management: Regularly check databases to locate parts, order from warehouses or external suppliers, and process customer orders.
- Logistics: Collect, pack, dispatch, or deliver ordered parts.
- Inventory Management: Participate in stocktaking and update computer data.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in repairing or replacing parts.
