We’re looking for dynamic Casual Baristas who will rock up every day with energy and passion. This role could pave the way to a full time Café Manager for the right candidate.

We are located in Melbourne, with business operation hours from 6 AM to 1 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturday and Sundays from 8 AM to 2 PM.

The successful candidate role will be responsible for:

- Master espresso dialing, milk texturing, latte art and exact recipe consistency on every drink.
- Manage coffee bar stock, equipment maintenance, cleaning and cost/waste control.
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate service with strong customer rapport at counter and drive-thru.
- Excel in rush periods: balance speed,



flawless quality and commercial awareness under pressure.

What we’re looking for

- Previous Cafe Experience
- Great communication skills and a knack for building community
- Strong coffee knowledge and a genuine passion for café culture - importantly you will be an experienced Barista
- Ability to work weekends
