About the Role

As a Casual Domestic Assistant, you will provide essential home support by cleaning, tidying, and preparing meals to help create a safe and comfortable setting where clients can maintain their independence and peace of mind.

- Flexible casual hours
- Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm
- Provide support to clients in Stonington Council

Here's what you will be doing:

- Supporting clients with everyday household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and laundry
- Assisting with basic meal preparation
- Providing companionship
- Observing and reporting any changes in client wellbeing or concerns promptly

About you

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who genuinely value the opportunity to support older Australians in living independently and with dignity in their own homes. If you believe kindness and connection can change lives, we’d love to hear from you.

- A current driver’s licence, registered vehicle for travel between client homes
- Ability to follow a set task list for each client
- Capacity to perform home care tasks adequately and within guidelines
- Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificates
- Willingness to obtain a Police check
