About the Role

As a Lecturer / Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences to postgraduate Social Work students. You will help students bridge theory and practice while supporting their academic and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching and training sessions.
- Facilitate engaging classroom or virtual learning experiences.
- Support student learning and academic progress.
- Prepare and deliver course content in accordance with curriculum requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessment support.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Apply current industry knowledge to enrich teaching delivery.

Essential Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years' teaching experience
✅ Relevant tertiary qualifications (Master of Social Work and/or relevant teaching qualification)
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✅ Ability to engage and inspire adult learners
✅ Current industry knowledge and practical experience in Social Work




✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills
