About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional educational outcomes for children and families.

You will:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through effective community engagement and local marketing initiatives
- Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to achieve excellence




- Support the service to maintain and exceed National Quality Standards

About You

We're looking for a confident and motivated leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.

You'll bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong operational, compliance, and people leadership skills
- A successful track record of achieving business and occupancy targets
- The ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
