About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations, performance, and culture of our service.

You will:

- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders




- Drive occupancy growth through strong family engagement and community partnerships
- Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and maintain high-quality outcomes
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and inclusive team culture
- Monitor financial performance and work towards sustainable business outcomes
- Support your team in delivering exceptional educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework

About You

You are a confident and influential leader who is passionate about people, quality, and early education.

You will have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven success as a Centre Manager within the early childhood sector
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead engaged, high-performing teams
- Experience achieving occupancy, compliance, and financial targets
- Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
