About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Follow all RSA, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to provide efficient and friendly service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a solid team spirit.
