We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our team in Oran Park. In this key operational role, you will lead daily warehouse activities, ensure smooth end-to-end processes (receiving through to shipping), maintain high safety and accuracy standards, and support the achievement of benchmark performance.

You will play a vital part in productivity, inventory integrity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, technology-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, quality checks, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Monitor and report on daily KPIs such as, order accuracy, inventory levels and , OTIF (on-time in-full).
- Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stocktakes, discrepancy investigation, and root-cause resolution (across ~1000 SKUs).
- Manage and promote safe handling practices, especially for dangerous goods, including compliance with Australian WHS regulations, risk assessments, safe work method statements, and incident reporting.
- Manage supply relationships with national agent/installer network.
- Utilise the Warehouse Management System (NetSuite) for accurate transactions, reporting, and process execution; support adoption of current tools and technology.
- Oversee material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie-stackers) and ensure safe, efficient use.
- Coordinate with transport, sales, and service teams to resolve issues, prioritise warranty/return jobs, and meet service commitments (including logging, tracking, and shipping items to service agents).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen principles) to enhance workflows, layouts, slotting, and eliminate waste.
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture and conduct regular safety observations.
- Assist in controlling operational costs through efficient labour and consumables use, while minimising damage and write-offs.




- Prepare daily/weekly performance updates and contribute to team dashboards for leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 3–5+ years of hands-on warehouse/distribution centre experience.
- Proven experience managing dangerous goods and handling.
- Track record in organising, logging, tracking, and shipping warranty/return jobs to service agents.
- Experience using NetSuite.
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Certificate III or IV in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.

- Hands-on approach — comfortable working on the warehouse floor
- Solid analytical skills with ability to use data (Excel, NetSuite reports) to identify issues and drive improvements.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; thrives in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Sound understanding of warehouse KPIs, inventory control, and Lean/process improvement principles.
- Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and a genuine commitment to safety.
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and open to embracing technology and change.

- Sustain inventory accuracy at ≥99%.
- Achieve measurable improvements in daily productivity and order accuracy through better processes.
- Maintain zero lost-time injuries and reduced near-miss incidents.
