Part-Time Maintenance / Handyman (2-3 Days per Week)
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on maintenance handyman to join our team on a part‑time basis, working 2 -3 days per week across our properties in Sydney’s Hills district.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and odd jobs across multiple sites. The role suits someone who is practical, organised, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- General property maintenance - repairs, upkeep, and small fixes
- Basic handyman tasks - using tools, troubleshooting issues, problem‑solving on the spot
- Assistance with small projects or improvements
- Travel between properties as required
What You Need
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle - essential
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Confidence using tools and equipment
- Valuable communication and a proactive attitude
- Mechanical ability - not essential, but definitely an advantage
- Welding experience - also not required, but a bonus
