- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test lifecycle processes.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases and test execution documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Integration Testing
- Experience testing integration platforms, middleware and enterprise services.
- Understanding of system interfaces, data flows and integration patterns.
- Experience validating end-to-end business processes across multiple applications.
- Familiarity with ESB-based architectures and message-oriented systems.
Messaging & Middleware
Experience working with:
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms
- Message queues and pub/sub architectures
- File-based integrations
- Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
Test Management & CI/CD
Experience using:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Test management tools and repositories
- Ability to read and interpret technical design documents, interface specifications and data mappings .
- Ability to translate technical designs into effective test conditions and test scenarios.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on enterprise integration, middleware or platform transformation programs.
- Exposure to API gateways, ESBs, MFT platforms and message-based architectures.
- Experience within Energy, Utilities, Government or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting Agile, DevOps and continuous delivery teams.
