We're excited to welcome a Pharmacist Senior - Acute and Restorative Care to our Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities include:
Document patient admissions (inclusive of a best possible medication history), conducting clinical medication reviews, and collaboratively formulating medication management plans.
Exercise independent judgement and problem-solving skills, in matters beyond routine practice, using valid and reliable evidence, with infrequent clinical practice supervision.
Perform the role with a high degree of independence with infrequent clinical and management supervision.
Act as a key clinical reference for geriatric pharmacotherapy, providing expert advice to medical, nursing and allied health staff on safe and judicious use of medicines in older adults.

Remuneration value up to $138 092 p.a, comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Part time position, 60.8 hrs p.f.) Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note:
