Central Coast, Lake Macquarie & Hawkesbury Regions
Kincumber | Mangrove Mountain | San Remo/Budgewoi | St Albans/Wiseman’s Ferry
We believe support work is a profession, not just a job.
We are a boutique provider specialising in complex disability and aged care supports. Many of our clients come to us after previous services have broken down. They trust us during some of the most difficult periods of their lives, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We’re looking for people who genuinely care about improving someone’s quality of life. People who understand that sometimes the biggest achievement in a shift isn’t completing a list of tasks, it’s reducing someone’s pain, helping them feel secure, restoring their confidence, or simply making them smile.

What We’re Looking For
We hire people based on values first.
Technical skills are important, and experience matters. But kindness, integrity, emotional maturity and the ability to build trusting relationships matter just as much.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- genuinely enjoy supporting people to live the life they choose
- remain calm and respectful during challenging situations
- communicate openly and professionally
- are reliable and accountable
- can work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
- enjoy learning and continually developing your skills
- understand that every client is the expert in their own life
- appreciate working as part of a supportive team rather than competing with your colleagues.
We don’t expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be willing to learn.
Our Team
Many of our staff bring lived experience of disability, caring responsibilities, mental health or neurodivergence. We believe these experiences often create compassionate, thoughtful and highly skilled support workers.
We actively welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage neurodivergent applicants to apply.
We value authenticity far more than trying to fit a mould.
This Probably Isn’t The Right Job If…
- you enjoy workplace gossip or drama
- you struggle accepting feedback
- you prefer doing things “your way” instead of following individual support plans
- you think support work is simply completing tasks as quickly as possible
- you’re looking for somewhere to clock in and clock out without investing in your clients.
Our clients deserve people who genuinely care.

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Ageing)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver Licence
