The Role:

We’re looking for an Inbound Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries, and ensuring our customers are looked after with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Customer Support: Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Booking Coordination: Assist customers with booking inspections and services, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
- Admin Support: Manage incoming emails, update customer records, and assist with general data entry tasks.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate with our operations and bookings teams to relay customer information and support daily workflows.
- Customer Experience: Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every caller has a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:





We’re seeking someone who is confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be comfortable speaking on the phone, quick to learn new systems, and enjoy being part of a supportive team workplace.

Qualifications:

· You have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

· You communicate clearly and confidently, both over the phone and in writing.

· You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

· You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.

· You thrive in a team environment but are equally confident working independently.

· You stay calm under pressure and approach customers with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
