Favourhill Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to support a participant on the Sunshine Coast.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting participants with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), psychosocial disability, anxiety, and mental health needs. We're seeking a mature, patient, and confident individual who can build trust, encourage independence, and support meaningful community participation.

About the Role

- Occasional in-home support

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience supporting participants with ABI and/or psychosocial disabilities
- Is calm,



patient, and emotionally resilient
- Can confidently support community participation
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds a current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or is willing to obtain one)
- Has First Aid & CPR (preferred)
