Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per Annum (Depending on experience and skill set)

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Manager to lead and oversee procurement and inventory operations across our dynamic, multi-venue environment.

This is a key role responsible for managing supplier relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring the efficient supply of goods across Gaming, Hotel, and Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchasing and procurement across the departments
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods
- Monitor costs, budgets, and identify savings opportunities
- Maintain compliance with health, safety,



and storage standards

- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or stores management
- Solid negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in hospitality or large-scale operations preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and cost awareness
