We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team.

This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of family law matters taking into account the unique location of our Albany office:-

- Farming clients

- High Net Wealth Individuals

- Property and Childrens matters

You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on Perth files, as well as those in Albany.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage files from inception to resolution with independence determined by experience.

- Provide practical legal advice to clients





- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding results

About You

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in family law - property and childrens' matters, VROs and FVROs.

- Strong knowledge of commercial structures and financial accounts.

- Experience at attending hearings and briefing counsel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
