About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing,



and improving machinery used across our macadamia orchards, either in the workshop or out on farm.

Key responsibilities include:

- Servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors, trucks, farm machinery, and small engines
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Breakdown response and field service work across farms
- Ensuring machinery is safe, compliant, and operational during peak harvest periods
- Guiding and supporting other team members on technical tasks

About You

- Trade‑qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple farm sites
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience in agriculture, heavy machinery, or outdoor environments is highly regarded
