About the Role

Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients across different sectors.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead,



coach and advise a team of accountants
- Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients.
- Provide adequate oversight to ensure client solutions are robust.
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members.
- Support the Director for BS&T; with clients where required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (essential)
- CA or CPA (essential)

Experience required

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following essential experience and attributes:

- Minimum five years' experience in corporate accounting
- Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies
- Experience working within a client service environment
- Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning
- Microsoft Office
- Consultancy skills (desired) Strong leadership skills
