THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, ICT and Business Intelligence, the ICT Program Manager will coordinate the delivery of a multifaceted and multiyear ICT future state roadmap strategy designed to support the implementation of child safety reforms and mature the SSR's ICT and business intelligence capability. The role will provide program management oversight, governance, monitoring and reporting, as well as leading complex procurement and contract management processes. Working closely with teams in the ICT and Business Intelligence branch, the role will play a central role in enhancing the SSR's data and intelligence capabilities while ensuring alignment of the ICT future state roadmap to the SSR's regulatory requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Lead program management for ICT components of Child Safety Reform implementation.
- Oversee complex, organisation-wide business analysis activities across multiple projects, ensuring effective identification of business needs, process analysis and requirements definition to inform ICT project delivery.




- Work closely with regulatory and enabling functions within the SSR to support program delivery and the effective operationalisation of reforms and strategic objectives.
