Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, pos, open and close, etc
- Assist the General Manager/Owners in training, leading and motivating the team
- Manage function and bookings
- Oversee food and beverage service standards
- Support the training and development of team members
- Provide exceptional customer service,
addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with the owners and GM to improve the business
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing laws and policies
About you
-
Previous similar experience - fast-paced cafe environment with dine-in and takeaway
- Ideally you have experience leading a team and directing staff
- Approved Manager card.
- Barista experience would be an advantage
- Positive attitude and a love of hospitality - the most important!
