The role involves friable removals, other hazardous materials remediation and demolition works. There is occasional work away (typically a few days) as well as weekend and school holidays work due to the nature of the industry.

The ideal candidate is:

- Qualified & friendly
- Reliable and punctual
- Has their driving licence and own vehicle
- Police Check within 12 months
- White card
- Has experience in a similar role
- Licenses/Tickets preferred including EWP, working at heights, skid steer loader, bobcat, etc.

A-B Class Leading Hand Training can be given on site or Minimum Class A / B NZQA qualifications

- Removal of Class A and Class B as per the ARCP, ACOP and all relevant legislation.
- Responsible for personal health and safety and the health and safety of others on site
- To have all RPE /PPE/ personal tools maintained in a clean, serviceable, and presentable manner.
