Dime Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking technician who takes pride in producing exceptional work and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We service some of the Gold Coast's highest-end residential properties, providing premium window cleaning and exterior cleaning services. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, not just collect a pay cheque.
About the role
You'll work alongside the owners learning our systems before progressing to completing jobs independently.
Services include:
- Residential window cleaning
- Interior & exterior glass
- Frames, tracks and fly screens
- Pool glass
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- House washing
- Solar panel cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Other premium exterior cleaning services
Every day is different, with work across luxury homes throughout the Gold Coast.
Pay Structure
Initial 4-week subcontractor trial:
- Hourly rate based on experience
After successful completion:
- Percentage of daily revenue
- High performers have excellent earning potential
- Ongoing work available
What we're looking for
Essential:
- ABN
- Australian driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail
- Positive communication skills
- Physically fit
- Comfortable working at heights
- Punctual and professional
Preferred:
- Window cleaning experience
- Pressure washing experience
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
