As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our close-knit team. We are currently seeking someone to take on regular cleaning clients throughout the Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Casey areas

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced residential cleaner who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating beautifully maintained homes for our clients.

Our services include both regular maintenance cleans and one-off deep cleans and the occasional end of lease clean.

You’ll be working in a variety of homes, delivering the high standard of detail that The Divine Clean Co is known for.

Your Duties May Include

- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including showers, baths, toilets, vanities, mirrors and fixtures
- Thorough kitchen cleaning, including benchtops, splashbacks, sinks, stovetops, rangehood exteriors, appliance exteriors and cupboard fronts, empty bins and replace liners.
- Deep cleaning ovens and other appliances when required
- Detailed cleaning inside fridges, cupboards and pantries where booked
- Dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces, furniture, décor, light switches, power points and doors
- Detailed cleaning of skirting boards, walls, doors, window sills and other high-touch areas




- Vacuuming and mopping all flooring using the correct techniques and product
- Cleaning mirrors, internal glass and other reflective surfaces
- Making beds, changing linen and completing light household tasks where requested
- Following detailed cleaning checklists to ensure a consistently high standard
- Providing exceptional customer service while treating every client’s home with care, professionalism and respect
- Identifying areas that require extra attention and maintaining the premium standard The Divine Clean Co is known for

Every home is different, so duties may vary depending on whether the client has booked a Refresh Clean, Reset Clean or additional services.

Position Details

- Casual position
- Starting at 2-3 days per week (6–15 hours), with opportunity for additional hours as the business continues to grow
- Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends required)
- Flexible school hours considered
- $34.00 per hour plus superannuation
- Travel allowance between jobs
- All equipment, products and uniforms provided
- Work across Melbourne’s South East, with a primary focus on the Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Casey areas

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has previous residential cleaning experience




- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Can work independently and manage their time efficiently
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is physically fit and able to work efficiently while maintaining our high cleaning standards within scheduled appointment timeframes.
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence and has a reliable vehicle
- Has (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check
- Has full Australian working rights
