Temporary Executive Assistant (4-Week Assignment)
Belrose | 11th August Start | Supporting a CEO
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys keeping busy executives organised? We are seeking a highly capable EA to provide temporary support to our CEO during a four-week leave period.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys variety, can think on their feet and is confident managing competing priorities. You'll receive a comprehensive handover before taking ownership of the role, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
Working closely with the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive support across a busy period filled with important meetings, events and stakeholder engagement. Following a structured handover, you'll confidently manage day-to-day priorities while adapting to changing schedules and business needs.
Assignment Dates
- Commencing Tuesday 11 August
- Four-week assignment through to approximately 8th/9th September
- Initial handover and training from 11-18 August at the Belrose office
- Working independently from 19 August onwards
- One Saturday may be required to assist with meeting/event set-up and catering
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive email and inbox management
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Preparing meeting papers, agendas and board documentation
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action items
- Coordinating board meetings and executive meetings
- Booking domestic travel, flights and accommodation
- Processing executive expenses
- Organising catering and supplies for meetings and board members
- Providing responsive administrative support as priorities change
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leaders
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- A calm, proactive approach with the ability to juggle changing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Confidence working independently after an initial handover
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- BoardPro (highly regarded)
- Prospend (highly regarded)
