Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of commercial construction projects, including complex multi-level developments, from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Success in this position will come from your ability to build strong relationships, understand each client’s unique requirements and deliver practical solutions that support their long-term operational needs.

Location Flexibility

This role is primarily based in Toowoomba, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing project portfolio and collaborating closely with stakeholders and project teams. However, we recognise that outstanding candidates may be located outside the region.

To support the right person, relocation assistance is available, and we also offer the opportunity to work across both our Toowoomba and Brisbane offices, providing flexibility while maintaining strong connections to our projects, clients and teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in construction project management,



including multi-level construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $40 million.
- Strong capability in managing the full design process, from performance briefs, room data sheets and concept design through to construction documentation.
- Experience managing project cost plans, detailed estimates and trade budgets.
- A strong track record of delivering quality projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Exceptional subcontractor management skills, supported by a sound understanding of commercial contracts and BCIPA legislation.
- Advanced knowledge of project management and job costing software, including Jobpac (or similar systems).
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well-developed commercial acumen and a strong customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
