- Develop and recommend strategies to improve organizational performance productivity and overall business operations
- Provide advice to management on operational restructuring, cost control and process optimization initiatives
- Assess existing business practices and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, customer service and profitability
- Analyze company’s current business operations, systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement and greater efficiency
- Review internal workflows, supply chain processes and service delivery systems to support more effective business outcomes
- Prepare reports, findings and recommendations for management to assist with strategic planning and informed decision making.
- Work closely with management to identify business risks, performance gaps and opportunities for future growth.




- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business by improving operational effectiveness and supporting long-term business objectives
- Support the implementation of recent policies, systems and operational procedures across the business

Skills and Required Experience

You must have:

- At least Bachelor of Business or equivalent in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of business management
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
