We are seeking a mature person to fulfill a farm hand role working with livestock and other farming related tasks in South East Queensland. The successful applicant will work alongside our on site farm manager and extended team. Our ideal applicant will have a willingness to work, will care about their job and possess the following qualities and attributes -

- suitable for working holiday maker with their own vehicle and sleeping arrangement
- have worked previously in the farming industry - chickens and livestock
- have own transport and licence
- have availability 7 days
- be a practical person
- be a "jack of all trades" type person
- have basic mechanical knowledge
- is able to work alone and in a team workplace




- be physically fit and able to stand for long periods (be able to carry buckets to approx 15kg's)
- able to assist in humanely euthanizing farm animals
- understand the importance of Bio Security
- must not have any chickens, birds etc at home
- be willing to listen and learn
- be able to communicate well
