- Provide accurate and professional migration advice in line with current Australian migration legislation and policies.
- Prepare and lodge visa applications across a range of visa subclasses, including student, skilled, partner, and employer-sponsored visas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration law, regulations, and policy changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage client files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion.
- Represent clients in complex cases, including responses to Requests for Further Information (RFIs) and Tribunal submissions if required.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Strong knowledge of the Migration Act, Migration Regulations, and associated policy.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) and Subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme) visa applications is required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of overall professional migration experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Additional language skills will be highly regarded.
