If you're a Finance Business Partner who enjoys influencing decisions, partnering with senior stakeholders and turning financial data into practical business outcomes, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting a broad portfolio of corporate functions.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner , you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Role
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you'll be responsible for:
Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial advice and commercial insight
Preparing monthly reporting packs, variance analysis and management commentary
Monitoring performance against budgets, forecasts and key financial metrics
Supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Providing clear explanations of financial performance, risks and opportunities to non-financial stakeholders
Delivering scenario modelling, business cases and ad hoc financial analysis
Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting, systems and finance processes
Supporting governance, controls and financial compliance requirements
About You Must-have experience
Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
CA or CPA qualified
Proven Finance Business Partnering experience supporting senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information
Background within a large or complex organisation
Experience supporting corporate functions
Exposure to Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
Experience improving finance processes, reporting or system capability
