About the Role

As Centre Director, you will provide strong leadership across all aspects of centre operations while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and mentoring a team of educators and leaders
- Driving high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Building strong relationships with children, families and the community
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Managing occupancy,



staffing and centre budgets
- Leading continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Supporting and developing future leaders within the team

About You To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director (2+years)
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A passion for creating positive outcomes for children, families and educators
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to maintain)
