About the Role
Finesse Property Group is seeking an experienced commercial painter to join our team working across retail, shopping centres, and commercial buildings throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We are looking for a painter who can work in a rapid-paced commercial environment, deliver consistent quality, and be part of a structured crew.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial exterior & interior painting
- Prep work, cutting in, rolling, finishing
- Working on shopping centres and large-scale buildings
- Following site safety procedures
- Working efficiently to deadlines
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years painting experience
- Ability to work at commercial pace (this is essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
- White Card
- Driver’s licence
Boom lift experience an advantage but not essential.
