This role is responsible for leading all construction activities by ensuring the Project Teams are delivering projects to the highest standard and optimising resources while delivering projects on time and on budget without compromising quality or safety.
Your role will interact with and be supporting other key employees in continually developing, improving and monitoring project delivery systems, procedures and compliance protocols. With experience of effective project delivery, the Project Manager will always be a supporting and inspiring leader of best practice and professionalism for the wider project team.

KEY TASKS:
Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
Ensuring project management activities, resources, equipment, and information are coordinated
Ensuring project financials are completed on time and progress claims are submitted in a timely manner
Analysing risks and opportunities
Overseeing project procurement management
Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise
Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Using tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Ensuring all appropriate legal paperwork is issued (e.p. contracts and terms of agreement)
Ensuring comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports are created and maintained
Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Accurately utilising company project and financial management systems
Conducting contract reviews and train other team members where required to develop skills in this area
Acting as an advisor of Site Management processes & procedures to support the project construction
Operating as the Site Manager where required to ensure assigned projects continue according to schedule
Conducting regular applicable meetings (e.g. Project Control Group (PCG)) and ensure these are documented
Conducting and ensure a smooth handover of each project to clients
Managing post-handover defects as they are identified for the warranty period
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified in Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1-2 Years Of Experience as a Project manager
Working across facets of the construction industry and at least corporate fit-out projects
Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
