About The Role
As a Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing, delivering, installing, and collecting hire equipment. You’ll work across both the warehouse and onsite locations, with flexible hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack orders in the warehouse for delivery or collection
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Travel to event locations for bump-in and bump-out of items
- Carefully assemble and position furniture onsite according to floor plans and instructions
- Clean, inspect,
and perform basic maintenance or repairs on stock to ensure items are hire-ready
- Maintain general cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and vehicles
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and event staff
You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in event setup and warehousing (preferred but not essential)
- Confident with manual handling procedures and equipment (e.g., trolleys, straps, blankets)
- High attention to detail and care when handling stock
- Valid driver’s license
- White Card or forklift license (desirable but not required)

Pay: $33.19 – $35.00 per hour
