Discover the Role

We’re looking for a pragmatic, hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Australia business. You will be involved in day-to-day HR operations, partnering closely with leaders and employees to drive execution, enable change, and ensure a high-performing organization.

You will also play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable HR solutions, while owning the full employee lifecycle (from hiring to exits.)

Key Responsibilities

Drive Organizational Effectiveness & Change

- Lead and executeorganizationdesign and restructuring initiatives




- Support workforce planning and ensure optimal allocation of talent
- Actively manage and implement change initiatives on the ground
- Drive initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance

Being a strategic Business Partner

- Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people decisions and challenges
- Support performance management and build accountability across teams
- AnalyzeHR data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
- Design and execute attrition reduction initiatives and employee feedback actions
- Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people decisions and challenges
- Partner with TA to define role requirements, secure hiring and compensation approvals, and manage end-to-end selection, offer, and employment contract processes.
- Support performance management and build accountability across teams
- Manage compensation and benefits, including annual reviews and off-cycle changes
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, payroll inputs, records, exits)

- Handle employee relations matters end-to-end (disciplinary cases, grievances, etc.)
- Partner with relevant stakeholders onrelations with WOCs,union/staff rep matters where applicable
- Drive diversity & inclusion and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies




- Localise and implement global HR policies and frameworks
- Ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across Australia

Key Requirements

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in professional services or similar environments
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, matrix, multicultural environment
- Highlyorganized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management with a pragmatic, solutionsfocused mindset
- Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability
