Production Worker | Heathwood | Rotating Day & Night Shifts

We're currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing site in Heathwood.

This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available, offering consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment.

What's on offer:

- Ongoing casual work with long-term opportunities
- 3-4 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating day and night roster (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am)
- Day Shift: $31.19 per hour
- Night Shift: $40.55 per hour
- Onsite parking
- Full training provided
- Supportive team environment

Your duties will include:

- Operating production machinery
- Monitoring and maintaining production lines
- Packing and quality checking finished products
- Manual handling of materials




- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets

To be successful you will have:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to commit to a rotating day and night shift roster
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- The ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
