The Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to deliver regular lawn and yard maintenance services for an NDIS participant . This is an ongoing subcontracting role with flexible hours, supporting the client to maintain a safe and pleasant outdoor area.

You will work independently, providing scheduled garden maintenance while ensuring outdoor spaces remain accessible and well-kept.

Responsibilities

- Mowing lawns and trimming edges
- Weeding and general yard tidying
- Watering plants and maintaining garden beds
- Clearing paths and ensuring secure access points
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with the participant

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in domestic garden and yard care




- Competent in using lawn care tools and gardening equipment
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Confident working with NDIS participants or in similar community settings

Requirements

- Own gardening equipment and tools
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- ABN (subcontractor)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR (desirable)

Location
Local travel required. Travel reimbursements are available where applicable.
