We are looking for experienced Scrub/Scout nurses in the neurosurgical specialty, aspiring to
further their career.
We are looking to offer Permanent Part Time, Full Time or Casual contracts to the right candidates.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & SKILLS
- A genuine passion to work within the operating Theatre in neurosurgery
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- A great sense of teamwork and effective communication skills
- Effective assessment of patients,
by analysing data and identifying their needs
- Strong administration skills, ability to accurately record the patient journey in a timely
fashion
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail, always ensuring patient safety
- Ability and willingness to cross-train within clinical specialties
- A genuine commitment to providing compassionate care that aligns with Wyvern Private

3. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered
Nurse, Division 1 (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Scrub/Scout with a neurosurgery specialty
- Valid Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- 100-point ID check
- Full Australian Working Rights (Sponsorships not available at this stage)
- Proof of vaccinations
- Blood Safe e learning
