Are you an HVAC Service Technician looking to join an established commercial mechanical services company offering varied commercial work, a local northside patch and a fully maintained vehicle?

This is an excellent chance to service and maintain commercial air conditioning and mechanical plant across a local patch north of the river, keeping your travel down and your days productive, for a specialist that has been designing, installing and servicing HVAC for over twenty years.

This company are an established commercial mechanical services and air conditioning specialist, servicing the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Since 2002 they have designed, installed and serviced HVAC across shopping centres, offices, food outlets, education and health facilities, and are building out their service coverage across Brisbane's northside.

In this role you will service,



maintain and fault-find commercial air conditioning and mechanical plant across a local patch on Brisbane's northside, working alongside an experienced service team on modern equipment.

This role would suit an HVAC Service Technician based north of the river looking for varied commercial work close to home and a stronger package.

The role:

- Service, maintenance and breakdown of commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
- Local patch across Brisbane's northside, minimal cross-city travel
- Fault-finding and repairs across chillers, split systems, VRF/VRV and ducted units
- Preventative maintenance and compliance documentation

The person:

- Commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Based north of the river with a full Australian driver's licence
