General Field Crew / Event Crew – Business Events

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General Field Crew / Event Crew to join our Brisbane Operations Team, delivering exhibitions, conferences and major business events across Queensland and interstate.

This is a hands‑on, physically active role involving event setup, bump‑in and bump‑out, temporary structure and marquee installation, warehouse operations and logistics support. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to deliver high‑quality events safely, efficiently and on schedule.

In addition to live event work, there are also opportunities to be involved in our world‑class Brisbane warehouse, supporting preparation, logistics, maintenance and pre‑builds that are critical to successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Event setup and dismantle (bump‑in / bump‑out) of exhibition stands and event infrastructure, including furniture, AV, staging, flooring and temporary structures.
- Supporting warehouse operations, including pre‑builds, equipment preparation, loading and unloading
- Building outdoor marquee structures and temporary event infrastructure as required
- Operating forklifts and plant (where licensed)
- Driving Moreton Hire fleet vehicles (where licensed)



to transport equipment to and from event sites
- Manual handling and physically demanding tasks in a team environment
- Adhering to all OH&S; practices and safety procedures across event sites, warehouse and transport operations
- Supporting Supervisors and Project Managers to deliver events on time and to specification
- Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to a positive, professional team culture

About You

- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work, manual handling and varied duties
- Strong awareness of workplace health & safety (OH&S;)
- Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a crew
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Experience in events, warehouse, logistics, construction or labouring is an advantage
- Forklift (LF), Truck or HR licences are well regarded, but not essential
- Willing and able to provide a police check and professional references if successful
